  • Supporting travel expense and reimbursement processes

  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining data in our systems

  • Assisting with monthly closing activities

  • Communicating with internal stakeholders

  • General administrative tasks within the finance department

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Initial experience in accounting, finance, or commercial administration (preferred, but not required)

  • A careful, structured, and reliable way of working

  • Confident use of Excel and digital tools

  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and trustworthiness

  • Flexibility and willingness to contribute in a dynamic environment

  • Minimum age: 18 years

Internship Content Management

WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR


As a Content Management Intern / Working Student, you will be responsible for managing and developing the digital content ecosystem of the European Football Alliance, with a strong focus on our website and editorial platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating content on our Website

  • Publishing and formatting news articles, press releases, and league updates

  • Writing and editing match reports, interviews, and feature stories

  • Managing and distributing the EFA newsletter 

  • Maintaining content calendars and editorial planning

  • Ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and brand guidelines

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders 

  • Supporting SEO optimization and content structuring

 

 WHAT YOU BRING

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Media, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or similar

  • Strong writing and editing skills in English

  • Experience with CMS systems a plus

  • Structured and detail-oriented working style

  • Interest in football and digital publishing

  • Basic understanding of SEO and newsletter tools a plus

  • Reliability, independence, and strong organizational skills

Internship Social Media Management

WHAT WE NEED YOU FOR


As a Social Media Management Intern / Working Student, you will drive the EFA’s social media presence and community engagement, especially during game days. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing EFA’s social media channels (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Creating engaging social media posts, captions, and story formats

  • Community management (responding to comments, DMs, fan interaction)

  • Cutting and publishing highlight clips quickly on game days

  • Live coverage and real-time content support during games

  • Coordinating closely with media teams and franchise representatives

  • Monitoring trends and identifying growth opportunities

  • Supporting paid social campaigns when required

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in Media, Communications, Marketing, or similar

  • Strong passion for football and sports storytelling

  • Experience managing social media accounts

  • Ability to edit short-form video content quickly

  • High responsiveness and ability to work under time pressure, especially on game days

  • Creativity and strong understanding of social media trends

  • Team spirit and proactive mindset

  • Availability on selected game days, including weekends
